With over 25 years in renewable energy control engineering, David co-founded Renewable Dynamics in 2019 to transform how wind farms operate. His expertise spans modelling, system identification, and signal processing for major industry innovators. David has led optimisation projects for more than 50 wind farms worldwide, extending asset life through practical maintenance strategies and advanced control solutions. His hands-on approach combines technical excellence with real-world implementation, helping operators maximise performance while ensuring longevity of their renewable investments.

Carlos Gonzalez
CTO
Carlos brings 16 years of renewable energy innovation as co-founder and technical director of Renewable Dynamics. With a double Master’s in Mechanical and Control Engineering from Madrid’s Polytechnic University, his expertise extends across wind, tidal and wave energy sectors. Carlos has pioneered control systems that enhance turbine performance while reducing mechanical loads, and developed industry-standard toolboxes for wind and wave device control. His recent work includes aeroelastic modelling for 1.5GW of life assessment projects and designing future-focused 20MW+ wind turbine models for offshore floating platforms.
